Tinymight Vapor Production Troubleshooting Tip
If you’ve noticed a drop in vapor production with your Tinymight device, even though it seems to be functioning correctly, don’t worry—you’re not alone! One common issue that might be affecting your vapor production doesn’t trigger any error codes, so it can be a bit tricky to identify. Here’s a tip to help you get your Tinymight back to producing vapor like it used to.
Check the Battery Lid for a Tight Fit
Normally, if the display lights up when your Tinymight is plugged into the charger, shows that the battery is receiving a full charge, and turns on without issue, you might assume that the battery connection is solid. However, with the Tinymight, it’s essential to check that the battery lid is screwed down tightly—not just screwed down but fully secured.
Here’s why:
Loose Lid, Full Charge: If the battery lid isn’t tightly screwed down, your Tinymight will still power on, and the LEDs will light up correctly, even showing a green light indicating a full charge.
Vapor Production Issue: Despite this, the device may not be able to reach proper vaping temperatures, which results in low or no vapor production.
What to Do
If you're experiencing issues with vapor production:
Ensure the battery lid is screwed down tightly. Even if it looks secure, make sure it’s fully tightened.
Once the lid is tightly secured, test the device to see if it heats up properly and produces vapor.
This simple step can often resolve the issue without any need for further troubleshooting.
