If you recently purchased the Arizer Solo 3 V1 and are interested in the new features offered in the Solo 3 V2, you're in luck! Arizer has made it possible for Solo 3 V1 owners to upgrade their device — either through a free software update or by trading in for a brand new V2.0 unit with all the latest improvements.
Here’s what you need to know:
🔧 What’s New in the Solo 3 V2?
The Solo 3 V2.0 introduces some exciting enhancements:
Real-Time On Demand Display with Adjustable Presets (Software Update)
Session Toggle for Extended Session Control (Software Update)
Streamlined Operating System (Software Update)
USB-C PD Universal Charging (Hardware Update — only available with full V2 hardware)
🛠️ Option 1: Free Software Update for V1 Users
Arizer offers a free software update for existing Solo 3 V1 devices. This upgrade will enable the V2.0 interface and features — but keep in mind that it does not upgrade the USB-C hardware.
To proceed, contact Arizer and provide:
✅ Your current shipping address
✅ The serial number from the bottom of your Solo 3
✅ A copy of your sales receipt or other dated proof of purchase
You’ll only be responsible for shipping your device to Arizer, and they’ll take care of the rest.

Prefer the full package — including USB-C PD charging? You can trade in your Solo 3 V1 for a brand new Solo 3 V2 (complete with accessories) for $100.
Here’s what you’ll need:

✅ The serial number from the bottom of your Solo 3
✅ Your preferred color (Intergalactic or Sea of Green)
✅ A copy of your sales receipt or proof of purchase
You’ll return just the device only (no accessories), and once received, Arizer will send a payment link to complete the upgrade.
