PAX Flow Not ChargingUpdated 3 hours ago

Having trouble getting your PAX Flow to charge? Don’t worry—this is usually a quick and easy fix.

Since the Flow uses USB-C charging, a few small issues can prevent it from charging properly. Let’s walk through what to check 👇

🔌 Try a Different Cable & Power Source

Not all USB-C cables deliver the same performance.

What to do:

  • Swap to a different USB-C cable (preferably one that works with another device)
  • Plug directly into a wall outlet or USB wall adapter

Avoid:

  • ❌ Surge protectors
  • ❌ Power strips

👉 These can sometimes provide inconsistent power and prevent proper charging.

🧼 Clean the Charging Port

Dust or residue in the port can block a solid connection.

How to clean it:

  • Use a cotton swab lightly dampened with 91% isopropyl alcohol
  • Gently clean inside the USB-C port
  • Let it fully dry before plugging it in again

👉 A clean port ensures a strong connection and consistent charging.

⚠️ Still Not Charging?

If you’ve tried:

  • ✔️ A different cable
  • ✔️ A direct wall connection
  • ✔️ Cleaning the charging port

…and your PAX Flow still isn’t charging, there may be a hardware issue.
