PAX Flow LED Guide (What the Lights Mean)Updated 2 hours ago

Seeing unexpected lights on your PAX Flow? Don’t worry—your device is simply communicating its status.

Here’s a quick guide to what each LED pattern means and what to do 👇


🔋 Low Battery Warning

What you’ll see:

  • Top left LED blinking red several times

What it means:

  • Your battery is running low

What to do:

  • Plug in your device using a USB-C cable
  • Connect directly to a wall outlet or USB wall adapter

👉 Avoid power strips or weak power sources for best results.


🌡️ Temperature Warning (Overheating)

What you’ll see:

  • All four LEDs blink red and orange four times
  • Device shuts off automatically

What it means:

  • Your PAX Flow is too hot

What to do:

  • Turn the device off
  • Let it cool down fully before using again

👉 This is a built-in safety feature to protect your device.


🔥 Heat Mode 4 (Highest Temperature)

What you’ll see:

  • All four LED petals glow solid orange

What it means:

  • You’ve selected Heat Mode 4 (highest setting)

What to do:

  • Shake the device to confirm your selection
  • Or wait 3 seconds for it to lock in automatically

👉 Expect stronger vapor and more heat at this setting.


🔄 Factory Reset

How to reset your device:

  1. Press the power button/mouthpiece for 2 seconds to turn it on
  2. Once on, hold the power button/mouthpiece for 7 seconds
  3. The device will reset

What you’ll see:

  • LED petals blink white five times to confirm reset

👉 Your device is now restored to factory settings.
