Arizer Portables - Error Codes General Troubleshooting
Error codes:
Error 1:
Error 1 indicates that your battery temperature could be too high. If this is the case, consider moving to a cooler environment, or allow your vape to cool after it’s been left in a hot vehicle, for example.
Error 2:
Error 2 usually indicates a power issue, which could be an issue with the wall outlet, the charger, the USB cord, or the battery. Change these up to see if it helps.
Error 3:
Error 3 indicates a power issue, usually the charger. If possible, try another charger.
Error 4:
Error 4 generally indicates an issue with the battery. For example, a defective battery, the wrong battery, an upside-down battery, or plastic covering the connection, etc. All
Error 5:
Error 5 and up indicates the presence of a wiring or circuitry issue.
Troubleshooting Tips and Tricks:
Disconnect your Arizer portable from the charger
Leave unplugged for 5 minutes
Plug it back in
Attempt to charge the vape
If charging normally, charge for three hours
Disconnect from the charger once full, and attempt to power up
If the error code persists:
Power the vape up
Hold all the buttons down for 60 seconds

Extreme Q Error Codes:
Error 1:
Error 1 usually indicates an issue with the power adapter, usually that the wrong power adapter is being used.
Error 2:
Error 2 and up indicates the presence of a wiring or circuitry issue.
XQ2 Error Codes:
Error 1-5, 7-9, 12-16:
These error codes indicate the presence of a wiring or circuitry issue.
Error 6 & 10:
Error 6 & 10 indicate overheating. Please unplug your XQ2 and allow some time to let it cool down before trying the device again.
Error 11:
Error 11 indicates a power supply issue and/or power adapter failure.
Troubleshooting Tips and Tricks:
Power down the vape
Check the plug is fully in the wall outlet
Check the kettle lead is firmly into the socket on the adapter
Check the Glass Heater Cover for any obvious damage. If damaged, replace
