Angus Vaporizer ConcernsUpdated 4 days ago
Hey everyone
We want to address the concerns surrounding the Angus and be as transparent as possible.
We’re not backing the manufacturer here—we broke down multiple units ourselves (you can check out a clip from that teardown video below), and what we found was nothing alarming or unsafe.
We have the new batch of Angus Enhanced units in stock.
YLL has confirmed these are built to their updated specs and free of any issues.
We’ve seen the teardown post that raised questions, especially around the insulation sleeve near the temperature sensor wires. YLLVAPE shared clarification directly on this:
We added this device because so many of you in the community praised it. Your feedback has always been one of our guiding lights when deciding what products to support. We heard you — and that’s why we brought it in.
For anyone who still feels unsure, we totally understand. If you decide to purchase one and later feel uncomfortable, please reach out — we’ll offer you a full refund. No hoops.
We believe in giving you all the facts — what you’ve seen in the community and what we've verified ourselves — so you can make an informed and confident decision.

We’ve seen the teardown post that raised questions, especially around the insulation sleeve near the temperature sensor wires. YLLVAPE shared clarification directly on this:
“Some people have assumed the braided white sleeve is fiberglass — but that’s not the case. It’s actually made of PBO (polybenzoxazole), a high-performance composite fiber known for excellent thermal insulation, zero skin irritation, and no fiber shedding. It's much safer than fiberglass. It’s also important to share why we originally brought the Angus into our lineup:
We also use a double-wall stainless steel tube that insulates internal components from the plastic shell, keeping it cool and comfortable even during longer sessions.”
