Shipping Policy Overview
Free shipping on all orders placed within the US for $45 and above before taxes. If your order is adding a shipping charge, please be sure you have not selected anything other than free shipping. If you run into any issues, please get in touch with our team or reply to this message.
Shipping Carrier and Timing: All orders are shipped via USPS and typically arrive within 5 business days. Please note that we are not liable for any carrier delays. If you opt for expedited shipping and your package does not arrive within the guaranteed timeframe, we will issue a refund for the shipping cost.
Handling Time: We aim to dispatch all orders received before 1 PM (EST) on the same day. We operate warehouses in PA and NV, and ship from the location closest to you to ensure quick delivery. Orders placed after this cutoff time will be shipped the next business day. We ship Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and USPS holidays. Orders received from Friday afternoon to Sunday will be shipped the following Monday, provided it is not a holiday.
Tracking Information: Tracking numbers are provided but may not be active until the package is scanned by the shipping provider, which could be as late as 7 or 8 PM on the day of dispatch.
Canadian Customers: Customers in Canada need to place orders through our Canadian site. Orders will be shipped from our Canadian warehouse to ensure efficient delivery.
