LOBO Vaporizer Warranty & Support

Good news — you do not need to register your LOBO Vaporizer to receive warranty support.

If you experience any issues with your device, we’ve got you covered. Just follow the steps below so our team can help as quickly as possible:

What to Do

  • Email our support team at [email protected]

  • Include a video clearly showing the issue or defect

  • Provide your serial number, which can be found:

    • On the bottom of the unit near the battery compartment, or

    • On the original POTV LOBO packaging

Once we have this information, our team will take it from there and help determine eligibility for a warranty replacement.
