Returns on Unused and Unopened Items
We accept returns of unused and unopened items, provided they are sent back within 30 days from receipt. It's important to ensure that the items remain in their original packaging and condition, just as you received them. Please know that we charge a $10 restocking fee. 

Restrictions on Used or Opened Items
Please note that we do not accept returns of any items that have been used or opened. We understand this might be inconvenient, but due to the nature of our products and health regulations, we must adhere to strict standards to ensure the safety and satisfaction of all our customers.

Shipping Costs
For international returns, the shipping costs must be covered by the customer. We recommend using a traceable shipping method to ensure the safe and documented delivery of your return to us.
